Return & Refund policy
We're happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the day you received your order.
How to Qualify for a Return
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please make sure the item is sent back to us in its original condition:
Unworn and Unwashed: No signs of wear.
Tags and Packaging: Must include the original swing tag still attached and be returned in the clear packaging it came in.
Return Refusal (Crucial Note)
We unfortunately cannot accept returns and will send the item back to you if it shows any of the following from being tried on:
A scent of perfume or strong odors.
Marks caused by makeup, deodorant, or other products.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above conditions are not strictly followed.
Refund Details
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your initial purchase qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping charge may be deducted from your refund if the total value of the items you keep is below the free shipping threshold.
How To Return An Item?
To initiate a return, you must complete the Returns Form enclosed within your original package and place it inside the item’s packaging. If you have lost this form, please contact us immediately at info@arqarabesque.co.uk for assistance.
Once repackaged securely, dispatch the item via the Post Office or a courier of your choice. It is crucial to retain your postage receipt as proof of your return; we strongly advise using a trackable and recorded delivery service, as the item remains the customer's responsibility until it is safely in our possession. Please note that return delivery costs are the customer's expense unless the goods are confirmed as faulty after our inspection.
Upon receipt at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 days and credited back to the original account used for purchase. You can expect the payment to finalize in your account within 3-5 working days of receiving your refund confirmation email. Finally, please be aware that any custom (made-to-size) orders are non-refundable, and online purchases cannot be returned in-store. If a discount or free delivery was applied to your original order, and the returned item causes the remaining order value to fall below the promotional threshold, the promotional value will be deducted from your refund.

We offer same day dispatch (Monday-Friday) subject to stock. Each delivery is only subject to one delivery charge.Delivery Options:
UK Standard Delivery: £3.99
- Usually sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service.
- Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch.
- The delivery time is not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to the courier.
- Tracking information can be provided upon request.
UK Next Day Delivery (Weekday): £5.99
- Usually sent via DPDs Next Day Service.
- Orders must be placed before 1pm to qualify for this service.
- Delivery within 1 working day (Monday-Thursday) from the date of dispatch.
- Tracking information can be provided upon request
- Please note: We cannot offer 100% guarantee on the package being delivered the Next Day, parcel not being delivered the Next day does mean refund is postage paid.
UK Saturday Delivery: £7.99
- Usually sent via DPDs Saturday Service.
- For this service please select 'Saturday Delivery' in checkout
- Orders placed on Friday using 'Next Day Delivery' will be received on Monday
- Orders must be placed before 12pm on Friday to be eligible for the service.
EU Standard Delivery: €18.40
- Approximately delivered within 5-7 working days once dispatched.
- European are sent out using both DPD and Royal Mail (subject to weight of package).
- Tracking information can be provided upon request.
